Location and Description:

On a slightly sloping hill, 40 m above sea level, you’ll have a safe view of the south east coast of Phuket.

The construction quality of our house equals European standards.

Every bath room is equipped with shower cabin, Jacuzzi and steam/massage shower (only studio), modern faucet (shower / sink), wall-hung toilets, central hot water supply. All rooms are airconditioned. Our fully equipped american style kitchen has even a dishwasher.

Some rooms have a balcony with sea view.

Incidentally! All our water is triple filtered before it comes out of the faucet.

We also supply free bottled water for teeth cleaning.

Location and surroundings: Baan Sai Yuan, Nai Harn, Rawai, Phuket

Our guest house is located in the southern region of Phuket, away from the noise overcrowded strongholds holiday, which can make your family vacation really enjoyable. However, if you wish, you easy can reach this places.

Our home is situated at Baan Sai Yuan village. It borders directly on the Nai Harn village, with one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket (Nai Harn Beach) where also the Royal Phuket Yacht Hotel is located.

The shallow sloping beach is optimal for non-swimmers. Adjacent to the sandy beach there is a lagoon, connected with the sea. It is an optimal swimming area for children.

Behind it is a fairly large saltwater lagoon, like a lake with an island and playground on it. This lagoon is illuminated by a promenade (no shops, pure nature) and invites to sporting activities (jogging, scating, walking, etc.) in the morning or evening time.

Above the beach there is a forest with shady spots to relax. Directly adjacent, there are numerous restaurants and food stalls to enjoy from local and international dishes.

Nai Harn village also offers a variety of restaurants (Thai, German, Italian, International). Some are genuine gourmet tips and all with resonable prices.

A few minutes drive from Nai Harn lies Rawai Beach.

There are also several bars and nightclubs in Nai Harn and Rawai area, but not comparable with the holiday strongholds and the bustle of Patong or Kata.

Kata itself is only about 5 minutes (about 4-5km) by car/motorcycle away from us.

Shopping opportunities are everywhere on the spot (7/eleven shops, small shops, bakeries and Thai weekly markets in the immediate vicinity).

Around the nearby Chalong roundabout (about 2-3 km away) there are several supermarkets (Tesco / Lotus, Villa Market, etc.) and other shopping opportunities.

On Chalong Bay, there are several classic Thai seafood restaurants.

All in all, a place for a relaxing and yet varied holiday.
